Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
Welcome to One Good Book ("the Service"), a digital formation platform dedicated to bringing the spiritual classics to life.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Member" or "You") and 7Five Capital, LLC d/b/a One Good Book ("The Company," "We," or "Us"), a Texas limited liability company.
By creating an account, subscribing, or accessing our content, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. Membership & Eligibility
2.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe. By signing up, you attest that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
2.2 Account Security
Your account is for your personal use only.
- One Person, Multiple Devices: You may access your private audio feed on your phone, tablet, and computer.
- No Sharing: You may not share your login credentials or your private RSS feed URL with others.
- Monitoring: We monitor access logs for abuse. Simultaneous streaming from different IP addresses or excessive download activity may result in immediate account termination without refund.
3. Subscriptions, Payments, and Pricing
3.1 Payment Processing
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
3.2 "Founding Member" Price Lock
If you subscribe to the Founding Member plan, your annual subscription rate is guaranteed to never increase, subject to the following strict conditions:
- Continuous Subscription: You must maintain an active, paid subscription without interruption.
- Loss of Status: If you cancel your subscription, or if your payment method fails and is not updated within the grace period, your subscription will lapse. If you choose to resubscribe later, you will be subject to the then-current market rate.
3.3 Auto-Renewal
All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the billing period (annually). You will be charged the rate stated at the time of purchase (or your locked Founding Member rate). You may cancel auto-renewal at any time in your Account Settings.
3.4 Price Changes
For non-Founding Members, we reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice via email. If you do not agree to the price change, you may cancel before the new rate takes effect.
4. Refund Policy (The "Satisfaction Guarantee")
We want you to be confident in your spiritual investment.
- 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the content, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase.
- How to Request: Email hello@justonegoodbook.com with your transaction details.
- After 7 Days: No refunds will be issued after the 7-day window has passed.
- Renewal Refunds: We do not offer refunds for annual renewal charges unless you requested cancellation before the renewal date and it was not processed due to technical error.
